Aviator's Entry in the Lakewood Festival!

This should be easy Caroline thought to herself. The jumps are small, there's not much that I can screw up. They began their course and all was fine. Aviator was really getting good in the jumpers, he realized that speed was a necessity, instead of the collected pace of the hunters. It had been a long trip to Lakewood, and Caroline was worried that Aviator was starting to feel it. His pace was slowing, so she squeezed him tighter. As they approached the last fence she gave him a big kick. Hurry, hurry, hurry...
Aviator, however, took her sharp jab a little differently. They were at the base of the jump, a small 2'3 fence, and he leapt toward the sky. He sprang up in the air, and it was all Caroline could do but to grab mane and hope to god she could stay with him. He landed hard, his hooves striking the ground with a muffled bang. Caroline was shocked that she was still on the back of the stallion. She exited the ring, breathing a sigh of relief. Hannah walked up to her and patted her on the shoulder. "You're getting much better" She told her.
